I stayed alone in Anna's and was treated to one of the best rooms with lots of space, all mod cons except TV - wich feels like a blessing - a breathtaking wiev over the harbour, bay and village. All rooms come with a balcony wiev, three with a big terrace. If you come to seek peace and quiet under a starry sky you've come to the right place. The village down the hill offers a relaxing atmosphere and a good few restaurants and cafés, a handful of bars and a long narrow pebble beach. A 30 - 40 minutes easy hike uphill takes you to the beautiful ghost village Mikro Chorio - or the mini bus will take you to its bar at night. Bus or rent vehicle will get you around the island and its many hikes - get a map and visit the info place! - the lovely main village with its white lanes, elephant museum, art exhibits and the nearby little gem Eristos - barely more than a beach and a few tavernas. In Livadia I can't imagine a better place to stay in than Anna's. The rooms are kept spotless. The only reason not to go here would be if you dislike cats - they are everywhere! But relatively well looked after, many are neutred and kind if you don't happen to step on them.
I will try to return to this peaceful island as long as it remains the way it is. The small things are an adventure!

Amazing vacations!!! You have to be at Tilos to discover how life is worth living... Slowly!!! Μe and my family wanted to have 2 weeks of relaxation. Annas Studios was the best choice. Clean and confort rooms. Mike was very helpful and always with a smile in his face!. We didn't have any problem with our room. A lot of space and a big, big, big balcony with view at Livadia bay. I will certainly stay again when i visit Tilos in the future.
Choose one of the rooms with the big balconies. The view of the sea and the harbour is amazing...

Costruzione nuova all'estremità del paese, leggermente sopraelevata da cui si gode una splendida vista della baia di Livadia, in posizione tranquilla senza traffico. Il proprietario Michalis è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha prelevato al porto alle 08,00 di mattina e accompagnati alla partenza a mezzanotte e trenta. Il nostro alloggio era molto grande, ben arredato e con letto a baldacchino comodo, aria condizionata e ventilatore, bagno abbastanza grande e un grandissimo balcone arredato con tavolino, ombrellone, due lettini prendisole. Pulizia giornaliera compresa di lavaggio dei piatti, cambio degli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Piccoli nei: mancanza di un set di cortesia in bagno, solo due piccole saponette, doccia senza gancio per il docciatore, portasapone rotto, lampadina del mobiletto bagno penzolante dai fili, dotazione della cucina ridotta al minimo.
